DOT hazardous material information is reported on the MSDS in the following format: Proper Shipping Name; Hazard Class, Subsidiary Risk (where applicable); UN Identification Number; Packing Group

Hazard Class:

3	Flammable Liquid
4.1	Flammable Solid
4.2	Spontaneously Combustible
4.3	Dangerous When Wet
5.1	Oxidizing Substance
6.1	Toxic Substance
8	Corrosive Material
9	Miscellaneous Dangerous Substance

Packing Group:

I	High degree of danger
II	Moderate degree of danger
III	Minor degree of danger
